Michigan Life Sciences Corridor Steering Committee announces the release of the
Request for Proposals (RFP) for Michigan Life Sciences Corridor 2001 (MLSC-2001)
round of applications. This RFP incorporates new concepts and new legislative
language and thus differs from MLSC-2000 round RFP in several significant
aspects. All applicants are requested to review this RFP carefully
in order to design a proposal that complies with this year's program criteria.
The key process change for this round is that all applicants are required to
submit a preproposal. Upon review of these proposals, the MLSC Steering
Committee will invite applicants to submit full proposals.
The preproposal submissions are due on November 5, 2001. The preproposal applications
are to be submitted using a web-based application system which
will be opened for submissions in late September 2001. No paper submissions
will be accepted.
