M-TEC^SM Learning On Demand

Michigan's M-TECs will help you identify your training needs, develop a training program to meet those needs, and then evaluate the transfer of learned skills to the job. Each training activity is designed to be self-paced and based on the skill/knowledge level of your individual employees. Once the employee meets the requirements of a training activity, he or she may advance to the next level immediately. This means training can be started any time without waiting. Training can take place at your facility or at the center. Occupational training varies by center and can include the following: information technology, manufacturing and production, construction, health occupations, automotive technology.

In addition to training, many of the M-TECs provide meeting and training facilities, help obtain and manage training grants, and provide office space for visitors.
