The Commercial Alliance of REALTORS^®, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, showcases a sophisticated , multiple-listing service (MLS) of over 7,000 available listings including commercial, industrial, office, retail, vacant land, investment real estate, build-to-suit and business opportunities. Property searches may be narrowed through a variety of options within the system, allowing users to determine specifically which listings to return in a search. The MLS philosophy demands complete, accurate, up-to-date information submitted only by licensed real estate practitioners that ensures integrity of data and cooperation between brokers.
