Community Guide

Welcome to MEDC's Guide for Michigan's Communities, a free, in-depth resource for local officials and community developers.  Each development tool description will be supported by the current and planned legislation and will include examples of successful applications to help guide you and your community.  This resource is a work in process and will be continually updated to reflect changes in applicable statutes and to update examples.  The MEDC wants to provide you and your community with every chance to grow and succeed.  This Guide and the CATeam are two more ways the MEDC can partner with you to help you do that.
