When involved in promoting professional boxing, a license is required with the Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth at (517) 241-9288.

For athlete eligibility questions, contact the Michigan High School Athletic Association at (517) 332-5046 or check the internet for more information about the association: http://www.mhsaa.com.

Other Possible License(s):

If food is available a license may be required with the Department of Agriculture at (517) 373-1060.

A Michigan Sales Tax License is required with the Department of Treasury at (517) 636-4660 when products are sold to the public.
