The WC insurance system has a specialized coding system that categorizes the work place environment according to the employees' risk of injury. The WC insurance cost is based on these "classification" codes for the employees and is applied to each $100 of payroll within each code. For the purposes of estimating your WC insurance cost, we will walk you through the process of determining the work force "classification" categories and the related payroll.
