2006 Michigan Life Sciences Pipeline RFPThe purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain proposals for the Board of Directors of the Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF Board), an agency of the State of Michigan, from qualified vendors to establish, organize and run the Michigan Life Sciences Pipeline (the "Pipeline"). The Pipeline will promote the development of businesses in the State of Michigan engaged in providing goods and services related to the development and commercialization of life sciences. |
