My organization is requesting that the Travel Michigan provide a hyperlink from its web site to our web site. My organization agrees to the following criteria in consideration for the Travel Michigan hyperlink connection:

1. The purpose of our site is exclusively for the promotion of travel to and within Michigan.This would not include newspapers, magazines, or other entities that offer other States information.
2. We will regularly review and/or update all information within our web site.
3. Our site is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, and is hosted on a server with adequate capacity to reasonably meet visitor demands.
4. Our site will not include any offensive, obscene and/or libelous material and we will not directly link to any other sites that may include offensive, obscene and/or libelous material.
5. We commit to hyperlink back to the Travel Michigan web site (http://www.michigan.org) from our site within the next 10 business days.
6. If an organization required to comply to the reporting rules of state room assessment laws, we affirm that we are in full compliance with the reporting requirements of such applicable laws.
